  • The Phoenix is a symbol of transformation and eternal renewal. In the mythological legend of the Phoenix bird, the magnificent creature is reborn in fire.
    For me, this is what coaching is all about, and I deeply believe in its transformative power.

  • The source of this conviction lies in more than 12 years of coaching experience, and the transformations I’ve experienced in my own life story: a career change after 12 years, from being a face of a national TV channel, country change, a clinical-death experience during my child's birth, and re-learning to speak, about which I wrote a self-awareness book called:

    "My Awakenings"

  • After all these "rebirths" I know how much courage it takes to face ourselves, and to dare to admit our weaknesses.

    The symbolic Phoenix's rebirth beautifully mirrors the evolutionary journey of a coaching process:

  • 1. Rebirth and Renewal

    There is always a "New Awakening". A new "rise from the ashes": stronger, more resilient, more powerful.

  • 2. Perseverance and inner strength

    This allows us to recover from the most challenging situations. Strengthened by the test of fire, we can rise again and again.

  • 3. Purity and Transformation

    Destruction by fire symbolizes the letting go of old things and purification. In transformation, the phoenix takes on a new form, signifying personal inner growth.

  • Therefore my motto is:
    "FROM LIMITS TO OPPORTUNITIES"

    You can count on me in this transformation process to reshape yourself, your confidence, communication and your personal impact;

    At work, on stage, at a job interview, at school, or facing a change, or as a team.
